This 3-day course is offered at Snoqualmie Pass and Crystal Mountain. You will learn to use decision making tools to help a group manage risk while traveling in avalanche terrain, and be introduced to topics such as mountain weather, snow pack analysis, tour planning, hazard recognition and evaluation, and transceiver searches.
